- Microphone(s) almost always the first link
- One or more mixers
- Camcorders or VCRs
- Other optional processing equipment
- Equalization (EQ)
- Reverb
- Compression or Limiting, maybe expansion
If any link in the chan is bad, all the subsequent audio will be
degraded.
